MMUST Leadership Sensitization on Research Grants Management organized by the Directorate of Research and Post-graduate Support successfully kicked off on 16th June 2021 at Kitale Sports Club.. The informative workshop was officially opened by the Acting Vice Chancellor Prof. Solomon Shibairo. Other notable University managers present during the opening included DVC PRI Prof. Judith Achoka and Director, Research and Post-graduate Support, Prof. Peter Bukhala.

MMUST staff participating in the sensitization exercise will garner practical skills in application, management and administration of research grants as well as a host of other critical skills such as compliance, risk management, expenditure monitoring and re-budgeting in research projects.

The Leadership Sensitization Workshop will be ongoing until Friday, 18th June, 2021.
