Dr. Jason E. Nganyi is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Educational Planning and Management and the current Treasurer for MMUST Benevolent Fund in Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.He holds a Doctorate Degree in Education specializing in Educational Planning and Management from Masinde Muliro University (2014), Masters of Education in Education Planning and Administration from the University of Nairobi (2005) and Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Nairobi (1998).
Dr.Nganyi's areas of academic and research interest are in the field of Planning in Education and Management of Educational Institutions. His major scholarly contribution is in access, efficiency, quality, training & development, monitoring, evaluation, planning processes and Implementation of educational programmes at all levels of education.

He lectures and supervises both postgraduate and undergraduate students in the School of Education.He has supervised 3 PhDs and 2 Masters.

He is a member of Educational Management Society of Kenya (EMSK) and a full Member (FKIM) of the Kenya Institute of Management.
