CPA. Ngunjiri Ruth Njeri

Ms. Ruth Ngunjiri is Assistant Lecturer at the department of Accounting and Finance, School of Business and Economics at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. She teaches, advises, supervises and mentors undergraduate students in the department

Her areas of academics interest and teaching are in the fields of Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Cost accounting, Taxation, Public Finance and Corporate Finance. She is very passionate on mentoring university students on life skills such as self-awareness building skills, interpersonal relationship skills and coping with stress and emotions.

Her research interests are in the field of Technological innovations and financial deepening; corporate governance; Financial Inclusion & Innovations; Foreign direct investments and real estate; Financial Management Practices among women-owned ventures.

She is pursuing PhD in Finance at the University of Nairobi, she holds masters of Business and Administration from the University of Nairobi (2012) Bachelors of Business Management from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (2009)
