Ms. Edinah Sabiri Mogaka

Edinah Sabiri Mogaka is an Assistant Lecturer, Examination Coordinator and Welfare Coordinator in the Department of Health Promotion and Sports Science, School of Public Health Biomedical Science and Technology. She teaches and supervises undergraduate and diploma students in health promotion and sports science, instructs practical units including  Adapted Physical Activity, First Aid, Sports Injury Management, Fitness Programming and Evaluation, Life Skills, Outdoor Education and Leadership.

Ms.Mogaka is pursuing a Doctorate of Philosophy in Sport Science at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. She holds a Masters of Science in Health Promotion and Sports Science from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (2018) and Bachelor of Science in Sports Science from Kenyatta University (2007).

Her areas of academic interest and research are in the fields of adapted physical activity for adolescence, exercise for health and life skills.
