MMUST Comrades Practice the Golden Rule as They Visit Learners at the Kakamega School for the Deaf 2

Learners of Kakamega School for the Deaf and a section of their staff after receiving the donation.


This event led by the Patron, Kenya Red cross –MMUST Chapter, Dr. Nicodemus Nyandiko, brought together students from the Disaster and Environmental Management Association (DEMA), Rotaract Club of MMUST, Youths for Green Kenya, PROLIFE Association, Economics Student Association (ESA) and Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology Teachers Association (MMUSTTA).

The donations were courtesy of the contributions from the students and well-wishers from the University. The comrades prepared and shared meals with the learners as a bonding mechanism. This was also an expression of love and care to the learners. Charities play an essential role in society. It gives a deeper meaning of life to the less privileged in the communities.
