 IMG 6899

This group of engineers has been commissioned by the World Bank and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Enterprises (MoITED) to develop the Kenya Industry Academy Platform which is aimed at driving innovation in Kenyan companies and support students to develop their skills and new networks.

They are tasked to gather problems faced by industries and other Enterprises in Kenya through iTATU which is an industry academic platform. These issues will be posted through iTATU platform, which will become alive on 26th September 2021. Students are requested to visit this platform and show an interest in solving the problems.

Selected students with strong conviction to solve the problems will be selected from across faculties and schools. They will be placed into teams with other students all over the world.

The students will then be trained and facilitated by UNICEF for 8 weeks.

We encourage students to take advantage of this opportunity that will afford them opportunities at linkages, networking, working with industry and the world of work.
