Receiving the cheque on behalf of MMUST, the Ag.Vice Chancellor Prof.Solomon Shibairo said MMUST is happy to partner with with MCK to develop the Media Sector in the Country.

 

"MMUST is proud to partner with MCK,the national media regulators.MMUST appreciates the gesture and shall ensure the funding is put to good use, " he stated.

 

Speaking at the event,the MCK Regional Co-ordinator Mr.Evans Oundo assured the institution that their products were resonating well in the market.

"I assure you that the Journalism students graduating out of MMUST are doing an excellent job in the media sector, "said Oundo.

 

He added that MCK was keen on engaing media trainers at MMUST in a raft of activities and projects such as training and curriculum development.Such industry linkages will certainly position MMUST both Nationally and Globally.
