COUNCIL OF CLINICAL OFFICERS APPROVES CLINICAL MEDICINE PROGRAMME AT MMUST

The team of clinical specialists, led by the Secretary General, Clinical Officers’ Council, Mr. George M.Gibore and Chairman of the Clinical Officers’ Council, Dr. Joseph K. Choge, noted that there is a high enrollment of students in the Clinical Medicine Programme annually, which was approved by the Commission for University Education(CUE). The findings were presented to MMUST’S Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor (ASA), Prof. Peter Odera at a consultative meeting after the inspection.

Also present during the meeting was the Dean, SPHBS&T- Prof.Edwin Wamukoya, Chairman, Department of Health Professions Education-Dr. Harun Chemjor, PCO-COC-Mr. James Akudian, Clinical Instructor-Mr. Cyprian Mabonga, Clinical Officer-Ms. Stella Papa Imade, Clinical Instructor –Mr. Clifford Aocha, and Mr. Aswani Clevin, a Part-time Clinical Instructor at Clinical Officers Council.
