BBC Journalists Visit MMUST to Establish Perceptions of Young First-Time Voters Regarding the Forthcoming Elections

The young voters emphasized electing good leaders who can develop the nation and bring change for the improvement of the economy. The participants advocated for peaceful elections and urged electorates to accept the results and work together with the new elected leaders in various positions.

Present at the event were; BBC senior journalist, Mr. Roncliff Odit, Journalist, Nasteha Mohammed and BBC Dar es Salaam Photographer, Mr. Egan Sallah as well as West Media Ltd journalist, Mr. Bramuel Bwire. The MMUST students interviewed were; the Masinde Muliro University Students Organization (MMUSO) Chairperson, Mr. Samuel Motari as well as journalism students Mr. Rayson Kadenge, Miss Caroline Cheboi and Mr. Justus Kyama.
