The Directorate of International Relations and Academic Linkages (DIAL) was established on 28th June 2010 at the Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.
The directorate operates on the belief that no institution can harness enough of the needed information, experiences and resources on its own and in one place. The expansion of information and knowledge occasioned by globalization through the communication and information revolution has necessitated the sharing of intellectual, physical resources and research activities in order to maximize learning
