 Finance Officer - Mr. Walubengo a)Preparing MMUST budgets b) Preparing financial Accounts and reports. c) Receiving and collecting financial income in form of: • Government capitation funds-recurrent expenditure • Government development funds for projects • Fees and tuition collections • Appropriation in Aid and other income. d) Preparing payroll and paying staff salaries e) Processing approved payments f) Processing procurement and purchasing transaction g) Ensuring financial control and accuracy of MMUST financial accounting systems The University has continued to receive financial support from the Government of Kenya as the main sponsor and has used the funds to meet most of its financial obligations. |
