Prof. S.K.Makhanu - DVC A& F
The Administration and Finance (A&F) Division is headed by Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration & Finance) Prof. S. K. Makhanu.  As one of the principal assistants of the Vice-Chancellor, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration and Finance):

  • Assists the Vice-Chancellor in the day-to-day management of the University in areas of general Human Resource Management, University Council issues and matters of financial management.
  • Provision and Management of physical facilities and infrastructure at MMUST.
  • Provision and Management of plant and equipment.
  • General management of operations.
  • Is a member of MMUST Management and Council
  • Coordinates all Income Generating Units.
  • Manages the three departments in the Division of Administration and Finance i.e.:-
  1. Administration
  2. Finance Department
  3. Procurement and Supplies department
