Mission
To build loyalty and support for the betterment of the university, staff, students and alumni. We do this
    

by strengthening feelings of identity with the university, and by offering opportunities for alumni to serve the university.

We measure our success by the number of active members we have, by their degree of participation in alumni and university-sponsored activities, by their advice, counsel and material contributions to the university.

Objectives
1     To promote unity, solidarity and a sense of belonging amongst MMUST graduates.
2     To mobilize resources for the development of MMUSTAA and the university.
3     To keep track of, and sensitize Alumni members on diverse academic, professional, social and economic opportunities available from time to time.
4     To foster mutually beneficial linkages between the alumni association and the university and between the alumni association and other alumni associations both locally and internationally.
5     To act as a stimulating body in advancing the interests, rights and promoting the welfare of its members.
6     Develop and inculcate positive attitudes and virtues towards the university through participation in community service and other related projects.

Benefits of Joining the Alumni Association
The activities of the association benefit both the Alumni and the University. The Alumni can relate directly to the university. Members have access to the larger job market due to the fact that the Alumni Association has connections to various employers.
