MMUST Faculty of Education and Social Sciences is the largest and the most important Academic Section in the University. Our undergraduate and post-graduate courses are designed to produce world class graduates with much of research focused on school development, leadership and improvement; education in languages, arts and humanities; inequalities in education; history of education; language and literacy; teacher development at primary and secondary levels; educational uses of ICT; and math’s and science education.

The Faculty of Education offers a variety of programs designed to meet the needs of particular groups. The program of the Faculty of Education and Social Sciences at MMUST is designed to help the student move from dormant-based learning to active learning. It proposes education as development.

The undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offer professional development opportunities, consultancy and support services for teachers, schools, principals and those in social services.

The Faculty is primarily based at the main campus. Our qualifications range from foundation programmes all the way to masters and doctorate level. Information on our programmes can be accessed through the respective departments below.
